I'm a designer and strategist by trade, a geek at heart.

Being exceedingly practical-minded, my passion lies in making the world make sense. I enjoy streamlining web sites, planning intricate processes, and cutting through red tape. One of my very best talents is my ability to really listen to people.

This has come in handy over the last 12 years, during which I've planned, designed and developed online customer interactions with mega-brands, startups, and everyone in-between. Since 2006, I’ve been privately consulting and I’ve focused on building complex transactional applications, search functions, social networking features and conversion marketing strategies. I design sites that just work—for you and your users.

Previously, I was the Director of User Experience and Design at TheLadders.com, where I established and led a team of front-end developers and interface designers and learned a great deal about conversion marketing and A/B testing. Before that, I was a creative director in the agency world, designing big brand web sites for Fortune 100s.

I speak Spanish fluently, and can read and converse a bit in French and Italian.

I have a BA from Amherst College in the highly practical disciplines of Fine Arts and Philosophy, and I live in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
